We are open for calls and questions Monday through Friday from 9 am - 6 pm.
Please give us at least one business day to return your calls and inquiries.

Other Policies - Boarding/ Fetch and Delivery/ Vet Services
We offer boarding accommodations for our training program graduates ONLY. Your dog's boarding stay is charged per day, including pick up and drop off days regardless of pick up and drop off time. This is to compensate us for the time for getting your dog settled in and delivering back to you.
Beginning January 2023, we are allowing drop off and pick up at our location by appointment only. We offer a fetch and delivery service to transport your dog to our location. This cost varies by distance. We have limited times and spaces for Fetch and Delivery so please book early!!
We will NOT be able to deliver a dog to your home UNLESS someone is home to receive the dog at the time of delivery.
Fetch and delivery is typically done in the mornings only between 10am-12 noon, as space allows. We will give you at timeframe, not exact time, for fetch and delivery due to traffic, picking up other dogs etc. During busy holiday times please reserve early. For example, if your flight leaves on a Friday at 8 am, we will need to pick up Fido on Thursday. Likewise, if you arrive back home at 2 pm on Sunday, we will not be able to deliver Fido until Monday. Fetch and delivery service is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays ONLY. Please see our holidays we are closed for Fetch and Delivery.
VETERINARY SERVICES. We work closely with a veterinarian for any needed or emergency medical care. We will transport your pet to our vet for any medical concerns. We do charge a $100 transportation fee for this service plus the cost of the vet visit and any needed treatments and medications.
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS FOR SERVICES
Below are our required health and vaccination requirements for your dog to board or train at our location:
- Parvo/Distemper current vaccine or titer test
- Rabies Vaccine current
- Clear Fecal Test for Giardia, Coccidia and Worms
- Dog must have been in your home for a minimum of 4 weeks prior to training to allow other illnesses time to manifest.
5.No daycare or dog park visits 30 days prior to coming in for
training to avoid transfer of parasites or illnesses.
HOLIDAYS
We will be closed for Fetch and Delivery Service on the following days. Please respect our need to celebrate holidays at home while we care for your pets. There are no exceptions! Please plan accordingly. Thank you.

Phyllis has started scheduling well-needed vacations ahead of time. She is taking time off from training September 3 - October 23 2024. We offer limited boarding only during this time please inquire for availability.
